Professor Li Huailiang is the Dean of the Institute for a Community with Shared Future (ICSF), Communication University of China (CUC), Beijing, China. He is also a distinguished professor in International Cultural Trade in China. Prof. Li Huailiang is currently a distinguished professor, Ph.D. supervisor, and Vice Chairman of China Society of Media Economics and Management. He also served as a senior visiting scholar at George Washington University, USA (2016-2017) and a part-time Ph.D. Supervisor at Queensland University of Technology, Australia (2013-2015). Previously, he was the director of the National Theoretical Research Base for Foreign Cultural Trade and a member of the Public Cultural Service Expert Committee of the Ministry of Culture.
Prof. Li Huailiang has been instrumental in shaping important cultural policies and documents in China, including providing support in the revision and demonstration of the 'Guiding Opinions on Further Strengthening and Improving the Work of Chinese Culture Going Global', which was issued by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council. He has also been a judge for many prestigious awards and projects, such as the Five One Project Award, the National Cultural Industry Funding Project, the Animation Products Export Award Project, and the China Excellent Export Repertoire Award Project.
Prof. Li has authored and published over 100 research articles on topics related to culture, international cultural trade, and the cultural industry in mainstream Chinese newspapers and periodicals such as Qiushi, Literary Translation Theory, Literary and Art Research, Xinhua Digest, and Hongqi Manuscripts. Some of his notable works include Contemporary International Cultural Trade and Competition, International Cultural Trade Theory, and International Culture Market Research. As a chief expert on major art projects of the National Social Science Foundation of China, Li Huang has presided over significant research initiatives and has completed over 30 projects entrusted by national provincial, and ministerial levels, as well as local governments.

Professor Zhang Yanqiu is a professor of Communication, Deputy Dean of the Institute for a Community with Shared Future (ICSF) at Communication University of China (CUC), Beijing, China and Director of Africa Communication Research Center. She won her PhD at Renmin University of China (2005), MA and BA at Communication University of China. She has dedicated much of her research to international communication, African media studies, constructive journalism, public diplomacy and media literacy. She won the Special Award for Canadian Studies (2003), and was a visiting scholar at the University of New South Wales (UNSW), Australia (2004), and a visiting fellow at London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), UK (2008). She has written or edited 5 books and 30+ academic articles and chapters. Her books include International Communication Planning, Understanding Media Literacy: Origins, Paradigms and Approaches. She has Chaired over 10 funded projects, such as Chinese National Image Study in Africa, the Chinese National Social Science Fund Project Since 2011, as program director, she has been in charge of the International Master of International Communication program to Developing Countries (at CUC), an MA program taught in English, sponsored by Chinese Government.

Professor Wang Sixin is a Professor, Ph.D. supervisor and Deputy Dean of the Institute for a Community with Shared Future (ICSF) at Communication University of China (CUC), Beijing. He earned his law degrees from Henan University, Southwest University of Political Science and Law, and the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. Wang is an accomplished author, having published two monographs: Freedom of Expression in Cyberspace and Freedom of Expression: Principles and Applications. He has also contributed to the translation of several books, such as Commentary on Civil Rights Conventions and Constitution and Administrative Law, and authored Mass Communication Jurisprudence, and Study of Constitution, among others. Professor Wang Sixin's research interests focus on policies and legal issues related to Internet governance. He has been involved in the legislative demonstration and interpretation of laws, regulations, departmental rules, and normative documents on Internet governance, including the 'Cybersecurity Law and the Provisions on the Governance of the Online Information Content Ecosystem'. He has completed over 20 provincial and ministerial projects, including key projects of the National Social Science Foundation of China, and has published more than 100 academic articles in various journals.

Professor Ji Deqiang is a Professor of International Communication at Communication University of China. He is the Deputy Dean of the Institute for a Community with Shared Future and a Research Fellow of the State Key Laboratory of Media Convergence and Communication at CUC. He was a visiting researcher at Simon Fraser University (2010-2011) and City University of Hong Kong (2009).
He is selected by several prestigious national-level talent projects and won many national academic awards in media and communication studies. Since 2016, he has been serving as the Vice Chair of the International Communication Section of International Association for Media and Communication Research (IAMCR), Managing Editor and Commissioning Editor for International Magazines, and Editorial Board Member of Annals of the International Communication Association (Routledge), etc.
His research covers several interrelated fields including media and digitization, political economy of communication, and international communication. His publications can be found in many several International Journals. He authored books and many chapters such as the China-Africa communication chapter in China and the Global Media Landscape (Cambridge Scholars Publishing, 2019), the China chapter in Reshaping the Global Communication Order? Reshaping the Global Communication Order? (Routledge, 2020).

Professor Wen Chunying is an esteemed Professor with extensive expertise in the field of communication. She also serves as the Director of the Place Branding Research Center and Deputy Director of the Asia Media Research Center at the Communication University of China. As a Fulbright Scholar, she had the opportunity to conduct research in the USA, further enriching her knowledge and experience. Her research interests focus on international communication, national image, and place branding. She has authored 9 academic works and published over 30 academic articles in both Chinese and English. She has led more than 10 Government Sponsored Research Projects and over 30 Industry Engagement Projects of the Ministry of Education, the Publicity Department of the Central Committee of the CPC, the State Administration of Radio, Film, and Television of China, and the SK China.
Prof. Chunying was awarded the first prize in the 10th Research Achievements Award of the Communication University of China in 2012 and won the Best Paper Award at the third International Place Branding Association Annual Conference in 2018. Her contributions extend beyond academia, as she holds various social part-time roles, including serving as the Vice Chairman of the Alliance of Colleges and Universities for International and Regional Research, a member of the Expert Group of Beijing Chaoyang District Overseas Friendship Association, and the Science and Film Integration Expert Committee of China Association for Science and Technology, among others.

Professor Liu Fenghai got his BA in English from Hebei Normal University and MA in Communication Studies from Communication University of China. He was a visiting scholar at Purdue University (2009-2010). He previously was lecturer at the Asia Media Research Center, Deputy Director of School of International Education and Deputy Director of International Office. He is co-author of Research on Foreign Media Groups and Strategic Study on Radio and Television Development. He is also co-translator of The Language War, Global Television and Film: An Introduction to the Economics of the Business, and Interviewing: Principles and Practices.

Dr. Ge Yanling has a Ph.D. in Law from Lanzhou University and has completed postdoctoral research at the Compilation Bureau of the CPC Central Committee. She works as an assistant researcher and is a member of the Council of the China Marx and Engels Research Association. Her research interests are focused on ethnic culture communication, cultural anthropology, and related fields. As an independent author, Dr. Ge Yanling has published academic papers in CSSCI-indexed journals, including Gansu Social Sciences, Qinghai Social Sciences, and the Journal of Xinjiang University. She is also the author of a monograph titled Research on Current Grassroots Ethnic Relations in Northern Xinjiang. She has presided over and completed several national, provincial, and ministerial projects.

Ms. Sun Yuhong is an assistant researcher who has played a significant role in the establishment and co-construction of four overseas Confucius Institutes and an independent Confucius Classroom for Communication University of China. During her tenure at the Confucius Institute at the University of Arizona, she successfully coached American students to achieve top honors in the 16th and 17th Chinese Bridge Chinese Proficiency Competition for Foreign College Students, winning both championship and runner-up titles in the Southwest Division of the United States. Her expertise in teaching Chinese language and culture has earned her the title of 'Excellent Instructor' many times at the Chinese Bridge Global Chinese Conference for Foreigners' Chinese Film Dubbing Contest, and 'Me and Chinese Characters' speech competition.

Dr. Zhang Suqiu holds a Ph.D. in Applied Economics from Nanjing University, and a postdoctoral fellowship in Journalism and Communication from the Communication University of China, where he also supervises master's students. His research focuses on cultural industries and intercultural communication. He has published over 30 academic papers in CSSCI-indexed journals, including International Press, Ideological Front, and Cultural Industry Research. He has completed five projects at the provincial and ministerial level, including 'Research on the Civilizational Dialogue Mechanism and Path for Building a Community with Shared Future' and the National Social Science Foundation Art Youth Project - 'Research on the Integration and Evolution of China's Media Industry Driven by Big Data: Based on the Perspective of Intellectual Property Symbiosis'. He has also completed two projects at the departmental and bureau level. Zhang Suqiu's work has been recognized with several awards, including the second prize of the 2020 Beijing Professional News Award of the Beijing Journalism Society and the excellent paper award of the first China Grand Canal Cultural Brand Communication International Forum.

Ms. Li Zhe is graduated as a Master from the London School of Economics and Political Science, UK on Course of media and communication. Her research interests revolve around international communication, digital platform internationalization, oral history and communication, etc. She has authored several research papers, including 'International Communication of Oral History on Red Traditional Culture', and contributed to the translation and compilation of the book Digital Ethnography: Principles and Practice. She has also contributed to the compilation on chapters of the Research Yearbook of a Community with Shared Future 2022. She presided over the 2021 Research Project funded by the Communication University of China on 'Memoirs and Oral History Collection Research of Important Party History Figures in Zhangjiakou'.

Dr. Zhong Wanchu holds a Ph.D. in Translation and Intercultural Studies from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. Her research expertise encompasses the areas of translation, inter- cultural studies, intercultural communication, and international and regional studies. She is the author of the book "Residentes chinos en España y su relación con Vivienda" (Chinese Migration and Housing Relations in Spain) (2022), which delves into the intricate connection between Chinese migrants, housing, and real estate. Additionally, she has contributed to the compilation of several chapters in the Research Yearbook of a Community with Shared Future (2022). With extensive experience in translation, Zhong Wanchu has skillfully translated multiple chapters from the book "China y Venezue- la: hacia un futuro compartido" (China and Venezuela: Towards a Community of Shared Future) (2023) from Chinese to Spanish.

Mr. Ovais Ali Khokhar, CEO House of Elaan and Ovaisco Group is appointed as “Chairman Board of Experts of Pakistan Research Centre for a Community with Shared Future”. Mr. Ovais, is a renowned entrepreneur and an expert on business management and regional connectivity. He is a strong advocate of Pakistan’s connectivity with China and Central Asia through CPEC. He also heads a team of renowned business trainers/entrepreneurs who give impacting strategy trainings to young generation.

Mr. Khalid is an international expert on Geo-Strategic affairs with specialization in Belt & Road Initiative and Eurasian Region. He is a broadly skilled security/intelligence advisor with proven expertise in making/analyzing the strategic requirements relating to counter terrorism. He has a rich expertise of 30+ years including making for military/intelligence institutions in both strategic and operational capacity, and also has a vast experience of policy planning in evolving international politics. He served in different security related institutions from 1993 and got retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in November 2015. Currently, he is working as Advisor/Consultant with number of institutions across Eurasia. Mr. Khalid Taimur has also the honor to receive ‘Oltin Qalam’ (Golden Pen) award for the year 2022 bestowed by Creative Union of Journalists of Uzbekistan, Government of Republic of Uzbekistan in recognition of his exceptional efforts and work for regional connectivity and enhancing bilateral relations between Pakistan and Uzbekistan.
In year 2022, On the occasion of UAE’s 50th anniversary of independence, the government has awarded ‘’Golden Coin’’ to Mr. Khalid Taimur Akram on his constructive efforts in enhancing bilateral ties between UAE and Pakistan.
Mr. Khalid Taimur is also a recipient of ‘Citation of Honor’ bestowed by the Vice Chancellor, University of the Punjab, Lahore, in the year 2020 for his dedicated efforts rendered towards establishing the Regional Integration Center (RIC) at University of the Punjab, Lahore.
He was also awarded with a ‘Citation of Recognition’ for his meticulous services rendered towards making the biggest Advertising & Marketing Communications Congress of Asia ‘’ADAsia Lahore 2019’’ held at Alhamra, Lahore Arts Council, Pakistan from December 3rd-5th 2019, a huge success.
Lt Col Khalid, (Retd) has remained the Executive Director of the Center for Global and Strategic Studies, Islamabad (CGSS) from September 2016 to April 2022. He was responsible for implementing and developing plans, and working with collaborators to achieve mission to develop sustainable objective policies for region & beyond.
At present, he is the Executive Director of Pakistan Research Center for a Community with Shared Future. This Research Center has been established in October 2020 under the prestigious program by CUC, “International Academic Network for a Community with Shared Future” (IAN-CSF). Prof. Dr. Iram Khalid is the Program Head of Dialogue of Civilization under Pakistan Research Center for a Community with Shared Future. Currently, Professor of Political Science at the University of the Punjab, Lahore from where she also obtained her Ph.D. on “Crisis Decision Making: A Case Study of Pakistan-India Conflicts (1950-1999)” with having an experience 23years.
She did M.Phil. in International Relations (Quaid-e-Azam University Islamabad, 1994) and an M.A. in Political Science (University of the Punjab, Lahore, 1989).
She has published almost 70 research papers in reputed national and international journals. She is the author of 3 books, and 4 edited books. The most recent books are “Revisiting Pakistan’s National Security Dilemma” and “Insurgency-Counter Insurgency Challenge to State Security Stability Prosperity”.
