On 18 May 2023, Mr. Khalid Taimur Akram, Executive Director, Pakistan Research Centre for a Community with a Shared Future, received a "Letter of Appreciation" from Muhammad Tahir Hassan, Director General, Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation, for his unwavering commitment and contribution to enriching Planet FM 87.6 (Radio Pakistan) through broadcasts, hosting live interviews, and partnering on various initiatives. He has played a proactive role in delivering high-quality programming and ensuring the success of Radio Pakistan.
His achievements serve as an inspiration to others and highlight the significant impact he has made in the fields of radio by hosting, media exchange programs, and carrying out advocacy about CPEC.
He has been actively working for regional connectivity, enhancing people-to-people contacts, creating opportunities for positive bilateral engagement among local and regional stakeholders through his program “Eurasian Perspective”. Mr. Khalid Taimur is a renowned international expert and has been contributing alot for building soft image of Pakistan across the world.
