Meeting between His Excellency Aybek Arif Usmanov, Ambassador of the Republic of Uzbekistan to Pakistan, and Mr. Khalid Taimur Akram, Executive Director, Pakistan Research Center for a Community with Shared Future (PRCCSF), Islamabad

On 24th March 2021, Mr. Khalid Taimur Akram, Executive Director, PRCCSF visited the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan to Pakistan and had a meeting with His Excellency Aybek Arif Usmanov, Ambassador of the Republic of Uzbekistan to Pakistan.
During the meeting, areas of mutual interest were identified. Furthermore, the need to strengthen the cooperation between academic institutions of both countries was also highlighted. A roadmap to boosting bilateral academic, research, cultural, trade, investment cooperation was discussed.
It was also decided that PRCCSF will bridge the gap present in the academic domain of both countries and will actively facilitate in developing academic linkages between Pakistan and Uzbekistan. Hence, joint academic projects in addition to research, cultural, trade projects were finalized.
