Ms. Maryam Raza, Deputy Director, PRCCSF was the guest speaker at the International Azerbaijan Academic Research Congress organized by BZT Academy, Turkey

On 29th May 2022, Ms. Maryam Raza, Deputy Director, Pakistan Research Center for a Community with Shared Future, Communication University of China, Beijing, China participated as a speaker in International Azerbaijan Academic Research Congress organized by BZT Academy, Turkey. She present speech on ‘’Azerbaijan’s Reconstruction and Development Planning in Liberated Areas: Analyzing Policies and Initiatives’’. She stated that the second Karabakh war has changed the whole landscape of the South Caucasus region. Azerbaijan successfully liberated its territories and nearly 300 settlements from illegal Armenian occupation. She stated that the biggest victory depicts prudent and effective strategies taken by the visionary statesman, President Ilham Aliyev. His plans and proactive implementation have made him the most popular leader in the world. Ms. Maryam explained that the post-conflict resettlement process has been going forward at a great pace.
Azerbaijan has announced to construct the liberated areas as smart/digital cities. She stated that these recent developments have also provided many opportunities within the context of regional geopolitics and economic connectivity.
