Mr. Khalid Taimur Akram visit to Central Compilation & Translation press in Beijing

On 20th June 2023, Mr. Khalid Taimur Akram, Executive Director, Pakistan Research Center for a Community with Shared Future visited the Central Compilation & Translation Press in Beijing and had a meeting with Mr. Xi Weidong, President of Central Compilation & Translation press and the management team.
During the meeting, they hosted a briefing of the Central Compilation & Translation Press's role in compiling and translating books ranging from philosophy and literature to politics and economics.
The publishing house publishes and translates articles and books written by President Xi Jinping. It plays a crucial role in preserving and translating important literary and scholarly work, enriching China's literary landscape and making it a vital institution in the country's intellectual and publishing spheres. It is the most trusted source of knowledge and a platform for fostering intellectual dialogue.
Mr. Xi Weidong expressed his sincere appreciation for the dedicated efforts of Mr. Khalid Taimur Akram in working on President Xi Jinping and the Communist Party of China (CCP)'s governance system.
Mr. Khalid Taimur Akram, along with the Prof Li Huailiang, Dean, Institute for a Community with a Shared Future, Communication University of China (CUC), Beijing, China, and the management team of Communication University of China (CUC), was given an exclusive tour of the department.
