He shared his analysis on "Managing Competition, Conflicts & Cooperation in a Pandemic World". He stated that the 21st century is the era of emerging new trends in the political, security, and economic domains. This era brought many changes and development in international relations. New security challenges are significant for any country’s security planning as well as shaping political discourse. Along with this, the emergence of Non-traditional Security (NTS) challenges holds much importance to be debated. He discussed that the Covid-19 pandemic is a global challenge calling for a global response. Therefore, while exhibiting considerable international cooperation, the actual responses of states must not be predominantly competitive or self-centered. In this regard, Mr. Khalid proposed that global cooperation is necessary. In this difficult time, countries must formulate robust policies for conflict management vis-à-vis global assistance.
