Exclusive Interview of Professor Wang Sixin on Community of Shared Future Planet FM 87.6

On 19th July, 2023, honorable Mr. Wang Sixin, Deputy Dean of Institute of Community with Shared Future, Communication University China was invited to the live radio program “Community of Shared Future” hosted by Mr. Khalid Taimur Akram, Executive Director of Pakistan Research Centre for Community with Shared Future (PRCCSF) on channel Planet FM 87.6 Radio Pakistan.
Interview started with the discussion on President Xi Jinping's idea of community of shared future. He also told about the significance of Belt and Road initative (BRI) and numerous opportunities that comes with it. Mr. Sixin talked about strong ties of Pakistan and China by saying that “Pakistan-China friendship is deeper than the ocean”.
He elaborated about various agricultural and industrial agreements between China and Pakistan. He also explained daily life routine of Chinese people and their ways of enjoying holidays and added about Chinese culture.
In the end, he underlined president Xi Jinping excessive work on human development, human rights in China and public policies of the chinese government. Moreover, he emphasized role of universities and research centers in promoting China’s idea of shared future.
The host Mr. Khalid Taimur appreciated the role of China in promoting peace and stability in Asia as well as China’s remarkable input in progress of Pakistan.
