Meeting of General Li Shangfu, Minister of Defense, People’s Republic of China with Mr. Khalid Taimur Akram, ED, PRCCSF

On 15 August 2023, on the sidelines of the Moscow Conference on International Security (MCIS 2023) at Moscow, Russia, a meeting was held between General Li Shangfu, Minister of Defense of the People’s Republic of China and Mr. Khalid Taimur Akram, Executive Director, Pakistan Research Center for a Community with Shared Future. The Chinese Defense Minister said that China always take Pakistan as iron brother. He gave his best wishes for the people of Pakistan. It worth noting that during the Key note speech at the Moscow Conference on International Security (MCIS 2023), the Chinese Defense Minister explained the concept Global Security Initiative given by President Xi Jinping. He also said that China is a strong advocate of peace in all the countries of the world. Mr. Khalid Taimur appreciated the informative speech made by the Defense Minister of China.
