H.E. Zang Ming, Secretary General of Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) met with Mr. Khalid Taimur Akram in Baku, Azerbaijan

On 7 February 2024, His Excellency Zang Ming, Secretary General of Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) met with Mr. Khalid Taimur Akram, ED, PRCCSF in Baku, Azerbaijan.
During the meeting, H.E. Zang Ming expressed his gratitude for Mr. Khalid Taimur Akram's efforts in promoting regional connectivity and fostering bilateral and multilateral cooperation within the SCO framework. He also praised the Forum's initiatives in facilitating trade, investment, and people-to-people exchanges among member countries.
Mr. Khalid Taimur Akram also expressed his appreciation for H.E. Zang Ming's leadership and highlighted the successful implementation of various projects, including the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), which has greatly contributed to the economic advancement of both nations and promoted regional connectivity. He expressed his confidence in the SCO's pivotal role in enhancing regional integration and bringing tangible benefits to the people of its member states.
