Pakistan's Information Minister meets with Mr. Khalid Taimur Akram and Ms. Jaining Du, Bureau Chief of the China Media Group (CMG), Islamabad Office

On 22 October 2024, Mr. Khalid Taimur Akram, Executive Director, Pakistan Research Center for a Community with Shared Future (PRCCSF) along with Ms. Jaining Du, Bureau Chief of the China Media Group (CMG) Islamabad office and the management of CMG Islamabad Office met with His Excellency Attaullah Tarar, the Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting, Government of Pakistan.
During the meeting, Mr. Attaullah Tarar expressed his full support for CMG and appreciated the vision of Chinese President Xi Jinping regarding the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI). He stated that the Government of Pakistan is fully committed to enhancing regional connectivity through the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC). The Honorable Minister also expressed his desire for Pakistani and Chinese media to collaborate in promoting friendship between the two countries. H.E. Attaullah Tarar is known for his strong support for China and advocacy of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).
Furthermore, H.E. Attaullah Tarar praised Mr. Akram's notable contributions to promoting the concept of a community with a shared future and the importance of strengthening collaborations in research, culture, and bilateral relations between Pakistan and China.
Mr. Khalid Taimur Akram also presented his book titled "Building a Community with a Shared Future: A Hope for Mankind" to His Excellency Attaullah Tarar during the meeting, further fostering the spirit of cooperation and shared vision.
