Visit of Mr. Khalid Taimur Akram, Executive Director, Pakistan Research Center for a Community with Shared Future (PRCCSF), Islamabad, Pakistan to the Academy of Management Under the Aegies of The President of The Republic of Belarus, Minsk, Belarus and meeting with the head of departments and leadership of the academy


On 29th September 2021, Mr. Khalid Taimur Akram, Executive Director, Pakistan Research Center for a Community with Shared Future (PRCCSF) visited the Academy of Management Under the Aegies of the President of the Republic of Belarus, Minsk, Belarus.
During his visit he met with the head of departments and leadership of the academy. The meeting was also attended by Mr. Yuri Yarmolinsky, Head of the Department of Multilateral Cooperation and Global Challenges of the Belarusian Institute for Strategic Studies and the senior leadership of the academy.
The Presidential Academy was represented by Rector Vyacheslav Danilovich, First Vice-Rector Olga Soldatova, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Valentina Shvaiko, Director of the Research Institute of Theory and Practice of Public Administration Alexander Gordeychik, and Head of the Department of International Relations of the Institute of Management Personnel Valery Matsel and Head of International Cooperation and educational programs Tatiana Prannik.
The rector of the academy stated that Pakistan is an important international partner for Belarus and we are open to cooperation and interaction with our Pakistani colleagues.
They praised the recent initiatives taken by Pakistan to strengthen ties with Belarus in various sectors.
Mr. Khalid Taimur Akram stated that the academy has the full support of PRCCSF in training the young civil servants of Belarus. Scholars and the academic fraternity of Pakistan will also extend their support in curriculum designing and execution for the narrative building of future civil servants.
He emphasized that creating linkages and contacts between the experts and practitioners is very important for establishing people-to-people contact.
During the meeting, the senior management also discussed the importance of educating the scholars for improvement in their future professional fields. They agreed that in the long run, this will also benefit the state and bilateral ties of Belarus with other countries.
